The School will take place in Rome from July 9th to July 19th, 2011. It will cover a wide range of topics related to mineralogy, crystallography and industrial applications of layered minerals.
The School is addressed to:
- students (graduate/postgraduate)
- teachers
- researchers
- experts from industry
Main activities
The School topics will include inter-disciplinary aspects of recent advances in theoretical and analytical methods commonly used to characterize layered minerals and nano-sized minerals/materials, which are continuously increasing their importance in so many technological applications.
The official language of the School will be English.
Students, who wished to join the exams after the school and succesfully passed it, will receive an official ECTS Certificate of 10 ECTS.
